Where are we and what's there?

The Katherine Tennis club is situated at the Katherine Sports Grounds (near YMCA). Our 6 fully lit hard court centre has barbecue facilities, toilet and shower amenities, undercover seating, water bubbler and ample car parking. We offer a number of weekly competitions, social events and regular weekly coaching for both senior and juniors.

Public Hire  The tennis courts are available for hire to the general public. Day hire is $10.00 per court per hour and Night hire is $10.00 an hour + $3.00 per hour for lights. The club on request will loan 2nd hand tennis balls and  racquets. If the club is unattended, a key is situated at the Beagle Motor Inn. Times in which the courts are not open to public hire due to organized competitions are : Monday Night 7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Tuesday Night 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Wednesday Night 7:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. .
